It appears in a policy statement by a Swedish government authority; they include it in a list of definitions and it is defined as "Den kund vi skickar fakturan till". I'm not sure how to handle "avisat" in this case; "premium notified" just does not seem right.

  -> When you've looked at as many insurance forms and contracts as I did in my many years of employment in this field, I'll be more impressed with this otherwise unfounded assertion.
agree  Deane Goltermann: I go with Charles. While the source can go to 'deicing' if you don't look at the context, this is a likely term based on a reasonable understanding of the Swe term in its context -- looking again to definitions.
