Charles, that's exactly what it is. There just seem to be so many different terms and concepts. I wondered if it was a shortened form of a more widely used term, but if it were I'm sure someone such as yourself would recognise it.

It looks to me that it is a benefit related to reduced capacity to engage in gainful employment (or a profession), related to one's earning capacity during one's lifetime.
As for a specific term I don't have one, yet.

I tabellen avläses procentsatserna för den nya och den gamla nivån av arbetsoförmågan vid den ålder den försäkrade uppnått vid den tidpunkt då denna uppfyller kraven för ersättning av yrkeskapital på grund av höjd arbetsoförmåga. Skillnaden mellan dessa båda procentsatser utgör underlag för beräkning av det nya försäkringsbeloppet.
