It's the 'avgiven' bit I don't know. Concerns testimonies for a dispute over a conciliation agreement.
Sentence: XX hade krav på exempelvis YY, som handlade om s.k. *avgiven återförsäkring*.
I've put a few things into google and seen output reinsurance, among others, but I'd be guessing.
Advice appreciated if you know the expression.
