Hello

As the form I'm translating has headings and then people tick it, there is absolutely no context to help.
So I know what a "ombudsman" is but here, it is not a person but "representation" for a project and a workplace if I have understood it.

You simply can't say "Project ombuds" in English, nor "workplace ombuds"

So any bright ideas please?
