Swedish term or phrase: För beställare specifik utvecklingskostnad
Excerpt from procurement documentation:

"Anbudspris [omfattar]:
[...]
- För beställaren specifik utvecklingskostnad för maskin, fram till beställarens slutgodkännande av maskin."

The grammar of the phrase "För beställare specifik utvecklingskostnad" is not adding up to me.

"Specific development costs for [the] machine for the purchaser"?

"Development costs for [the] machine that are specific to the purchaser"?

Or something different?

Thanks

English translation:Employer-specific development costs
Explanation:
This Swe is kinda standard contract-speak. This is what I use where employer = beställare (esp. for construction type contracts) -- there's a Swedish SS standard for this. Or you can use 'customer-specific,' 'buyer-specific,' or similar

Employer-specific development costs for the machinery (as (likely) defined elsewhere in your text).
