Swedish term or phrase: fossilfri
The question before the court is whether to use "fossil free" ("fossil-free") or "fossil fuel-free" for this. Some examples (not my source):

"Sverige ska bli ett av världens första fossilfria välfärdsländer."

"Se filmen från Almedalsveckan 2017, där företrädare inom vätgas och bränsleceller ger sin syn på hur vi kan klara omställningen till en fossilfri framtid."

"If the tests are successful, some of the current coal and coke can be replaced by biocoal without any major investments, resulting in a greater degree of fossil-free manufacturing."

"This reflects just how polluting this manufacturing process could be and with targets to deliver fossil free manufacturing by 2026, significant steps have to be taken in order to make the blast furnace steel manufacturing system more sustainable."

Have we arrived at the point where "fossil free" is the accepted term?

Explanation:
Since u put in this forum, I'll answer accordingly. But to you ultimate question, the answer is a resounding yes...despite the technicalities.

Your final question is a yes/no question, which doesn't really work for the eventual glossary addition.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks! (What is meant by "Since u put in this forum"?)

Asker: "The question before the court is whether to use 'fossil free' ('fossil-free') or 'fossil fuel-free' for this." Seems eminently suitable as explication for any glossary entry, as is your answer. :-)
