Tengo que traducir al inglés unas listas de servicios de UNSPSC (United Nations Standard Products and Services Code).
El término que me tiene dudando ahora es "Servicio de limpieza de pisos", porque tengo la sospecha de que en México, y en otros países "piso" significa el suelo, pero necesito confirmar.

Ya veo, en tal caso la limpieza es bien específica y quizás hasta técnica si se trata de diferentes tipos de pisos/suelos que recién han sido construidos. Saludos.

Asker: El problema es que limpiar un suelo (floor) no es lo mismo que limpiar todo el apartamento, de allí surge la duda. Creo que se trata únicamente de limpiar los suelos en este caso en concreto...

Asker: My query was about whether in Mexico "piso" means "floor", but I just realised I can Google "pìso mojado" and find that yes, it is. In Spain we only use "suelo" for that, whereas "piso" is the floor of a building as in first floor, 2nd, etc. "Piso" in Spain is also an apartment.
