что означает термин fiambre как способ приготовления мяса (и продукт из мяса в магазине)? Термин попался в книге рецептов. Поиск дает, что fiambre de jamón как-то противопоставляется jamón cocido:

Чаще "ветчина из индейки", но по первой моей ссылке (не обратила внимание) "ветчина с индейкой". Ну что, спасибо им за честность, похоже, они и не претендуют, что все целиком из мяса :)
