Olá, Colegas. Preciso de ajuda para traduzir um termo que surge no final de um formulário da "hacienda" espanhola.

É uma declaração de impostos para entidades comerciais.

No final de tudo, depois das assinaturas, surge um campo para preencher uma data, identificado como "fecha poder".
As datas não são recentes e são diferentes para cada assinante.

Penso que é a data em que os assinantes adquiriram o poder de representação ou procuração.

Alguém sabe se há algum termo para isso em português? Obrigado desde já!
