Dice così: "Il certificato compiacente È la certificazione che tende con terminologia volutamente imprecisa e criptica ad alterare una situazione o minimizzandola o ipertrofizzandola. Tale certificazione in quanto torna a danno della verità da un punto di vista giuridico si configura sempre come dichiarazione mendace e perciò si configura come reato di falsità ideologica. Per la Corte di Cassazione (sezione V sentenza 18 marzo 1999 numero 352) le false attestazioni e certificazioni sull'esistenza o l'aggravamento di patologie rientrano nel contesto del falso in atto pubblico. Rischia fino a sei anni di reclusione il medico che certifica una malattia inesistente o che per banale accondiscendenza dà i giorni di malattia a un paziente che non è malato." Buonissimo lavoro!
