Explanation:
Non so quale sia l'aspetto del documento che hai davanti, ma sembrerebbe più la descrizione (o la trascrizione) di un foglio di dimissioni che il foglio in sé. Secondo me la frase vuol dire semplicemente: "c'è una crocetta sulla casella che corrisponde a 'guarigione o miglioramento'". Sui fogli di dimissioni, in genere, ci sono più caselle che indicano le varie possibili ragioni della dimissione: curación o mejoría, estabilización, agravamiento, exitus, eccetera. Non si tratterebbe quindi di un termine medico ma di una parola comune.
