In questo caso ho inserito solo 2 parole (cattiva circolazione) ma quello che non capisco è il senso della frase:

"y es que no tiene que tener mala circulación un paciente para que un pie en esas condiciones se pierda por gangrena".

Il senso potrebbe essere: "non è necessario che un paziente abbia cattiva circolazione perchè un piede in quelle condizioni vada in cancrena"?
Nel senso che un piede può andare in cancrena anche avendo una buona circolazione?
