En el presente texto puedes traducirlo como "chiedere ufficialmente alla Agenzia delle Èntrate il rilascio di certificazione..."
Buscando alguna información complementario he encontrado tambièn la expresión "ex officio" como equivalente...

agree  Gabriela Teresa Alj: In Argentina si usa "se libre oficio..." ma, da quello che ho trovato su internet, in altri paesi di America Latina si usa "oficiar" (Venezuela). Qui manca l' accento sull' ultima sillaba. Buon lavoro!
