Formaggio tipo ricotta Explanation: Il requesón ricorda un po' la ricotta ma ha un gusto e una consistenza abbastanza diversi... Io quindi eviterei di utilizzare il termine (anche se capisco che l'uso di una perifrasi potrebbe "appesantire" il testo). |
