Maturazione
La birra verde viene fatta maturare e condizionata nel tino di maturazione o lager, a contatto con il lievito e, quando il sapore caratteristico della birra finita si è sviluppato, viene filtrata tramite centrifuga, filtrazione o sedimentazione prima di essere trasferita alla vasca di birra limpida, pronta per essere confezionata o immessa nei fusti.
