cocochas (invariado) Explanation: Hola Maria, las probé en Madrid pero en Italia no las he visto ni comido nunca. Aquí no tiene nombre esta parte del pescado (si lo tiene, la mayoría de las personas no lo conoce): son las partes inferiores de la "barbilla"/boca de la merluza o del bacalao. En varias páginas web he visto que se mantiene el nombre original (en castellano o vasco).
