Es geht um die Beschreibung eines Weines. empireumático heißt ja eigentlich so viel wie geröstet, angebrannt...? tostado kommt ja aber in der Aufzählung schon einmal vor. Auch unter ceniza kann ich mir in dem Zusammenhang leider nicht allzu viel vorstellen...

Nariz: Complejo en nariz,frutos maduros, especiados, aceituna negra, regaliz, pastelería, tostados, **nobles empireumáticos, ceniza**.
