Der Begriff stammt aus einem Text über Weinanbau und verschiedene Weine. Leider bin ich kein Weinkenner und auch mit der Beschreibung von Weinen nicht vertraut. Es handelt sich um einen einleitenden Satz, der sich auf verschiedene Weine einer bestimmten Sorte bezieht. Kontext "Es un vino humano, moderno y sabio."
