ENGLISH: Compensation Board (but SEE BELOW) Explanation: There is no equivalent whatsoever for this in the English-speaking world. I have translated this term a zillion times and always put 'compensation board' because there is no obviously better translation. It has nothing in principle to do with expropriation. It occurs in multiple land development contexts. Having said that I am pretty sure there is no better translation.
