(in Bezug auf die) Gewinnung von Pflanzen Explanation: "Die Sorten genießen in Bezug auf die Gewinnung von Pflanzen seit dem XXX einen EU-Sortenschutz / gemeinschaftlichen Sortenschutz..." http://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?uri=CELEX:... In einem anderen Text der EU ist es direkt mit "Sortenschutz" übersetzt worden.
