Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob das Wörterbuch in diesem Fall wirklich weiterhilft - der Eintrag in dict.cc enthält zumindest nicht wirklich Begriffe, die in Röntgenbefunden verwendet werden :-(

Unter der Annahme (die du ja auch gemacht hast), dass "radiopacidades" das Gleiche sind wie "radiopacities": "Radiopaque" ist auf Deutsch meistens "röntgendicht" und die 'Flecken' auf dem Röntgenbild sind "Verschattungen" oder "Verdichtungen" (d.h. "röntgen-" bzw. "radio" fällt dann weg, weil es in einem Röntgenbefund selbstverständlich ist.
Wenn dein Text kein Röntgenbefund, sondern eine allgemeine Auflistung von Befunden ist, könntest du den Bezug durch eine Ergänzung wie "im Röntgenbild [der Lunge]" herstellen.
