Spanish term or phrase: cuerpos o solares
In einer Schenkungsurkunde wird eine Immobilie wie folgt beschrieben:

Urbana: Casa vivienda unifamiliar aislada de tres ***cuerpos o solares*** y un piso, levantado sobre un trozo de terreno de xxxx metros cuadrados.

Bestehend aus 3 Bestand-/Bauteilen/Gebäuden oder Baugrundstücken?

Diese Kombination finde ich etwas eigenartig - es gibt aber keine weiteren Erklärungen, und eine grafische Darstellung des Anwesens liegt mir auch nicht vor.

Irgendeine Idee, was damit gemeint sein könnte?

Ja, ich würde mich auch nicht so ausdrücken.
Bedeutet vielleicht, dass es sich um ein Einfamilienhaus handelt, das von den 3 Grundstücken und einem Stockwerk getrennt ist.
Könnten sich die Quadratmeter nur auf den Stockwerk beziehen? Ist das Sinnvoll?

"Oder" für mich bedeutet es einfach, dass man es auf die eine oder andere Weise sagen kann, "cuerpos (o solares)".

Ja. Ich beziehe mich auf 3 Grundstücke plus >100 m2, wo sich die Stockwerk befindet. 100 m2, oder über 100, sind nicht viel für den Bau eines Stockwerks.

Asker: Ich verstehe aber das "oder" hier nicht. Macht für mich keinen Sinn. Noch dazu anschließend: .... und ein Stockwerk.

Asker: aislada = getrennt von: wäre eine Möglichkeit gewesen. Es werden aber 4 angrenzende Grundstücke aufgezählt und nicht 3. Und das bebaute Grundstück (das Gebäude selbst) beläuft sich auf über 100 m2.
