Ich denke, das ist eine Typenbezeichnung, daher würde ich es so stehen lassen.

Tin/lead bezieht sich sicher auf das Material, das stelle ich nicht in Frage. Dennoch denke ich, dass es in diesem Fall Teil der Typenbezeichnung ist, denn der Ausdruck steht in einem spanischen Text auf Englisch. Sonst würde man Zinn/Blei auf Spanisch schreiben.
