Guten Tag zusammen! Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer deutschen Entsprechung für "consejero dominical" als Teil des Vorstands einer Aktiengesellschaft. Hier ein Auszug aus dem Text:

Definición:
Es el que accede al Consejo de Administración de una Compañía por ser titular o representar a los titulares de paquetes accionariales de la Sociedad que por su volumen tienen capacidad de influir por sí solos, o por acuerdos con otros, en el control de la Sociedad. Es un consejero externo (no ejecutivo).

Ich würde hier ein Umschreibung oder ergänzende Erklärung anführen. Gibt es aber eine 1-1 Entsprechung?
