En un comentario de vinos, se trata de un vino que "en boca es abocado". Precisa la RAE que este término, casi específico del jerez, se usa para calificar un vino que contiene una mezcla de vino dulce y seco. ¿Existe algún termino en francés que corresponda? No lo encuentro.

Iate le traduit aussi par doux.


Dans le lexique ci-dessous, le terme est traduit par "coulant".

Un vin coulant (ou gouleyant) est un vin souple et agréable, « glissant » bien dans la bouche.
