en www.marseilletango.fr en el glosario traducen ocho como ocho en un caso y como huit en el otro, lo cual me confunde, quisiera corrobar si efectivamente se dice "ocho" siendo que en la página mencionada lo traducen de dos maneras distintas.

Yo lo dejaría en castellano en el texto con la traducción en el glosario. De todas formas, en francés o en castellano, uno que no conoce la figura no se va a enterar. Sólo aprendiendo el tango, la persona sabrá bailar la figura
