Dans la partie "HISTORIA ONCOLÓGICA" dossier médical apparaît la mention "doble J".

Contexte :

"Valorada en (clínica), se ofrece tratamiento QT que la paciente rechaza acudiendo a un Centro de Francia donde realiza tratamiento inmunológico.
En (mes), se coloca doble J en Policlínica XXX por hidronefrosis izquierda.
Acude por iniciativa propia a XXX de Oncología-Médica refiriendo astenia progresiva con molestias abdominales y aerofagia los últimos XXX días, donde tras valoración por la Dra. XXX se solicita actualización de estudio radiológico, objetivando metástasis ganglionares mediastínicas, derrame pleural izquierdo, Iinfangitis carcinomatosa pulmonar, metástasis suprarrenal izquierda, metástasis hepática, hidronefrosis bilateral, carcinomatosis peritoneal y adenopatias pélvicas y retroperitoneales."

Intubation urétérale : quand une sonde de néphrostomie percutanée est en place ou quand l'abord rétrograde n'est pas possible, le radiologiste peut mettre en place, par voie antégrade, une sonde "double J" (cathéter multiperforé, reliant le bassinet à la vessie et permettant l'évacuation de l'urine par les voies naturelles). Celle-ci est mise en place sur un guide métallique, poussé à travers le retrécissement urétéral, jusque dans la vessie. Cette technique a les mêmes indications que la mise en place d'une sonde double J par voie basse. Le matériel est identique et les problèmes de perméabilité à moyen terme sont exactement les mêmes (durée de perméabilité moyenne de 4 mois).
