Vu le contexte (qui est pauvre), cela me fait plutôt penser à « herida incisocontusa » (herida contusa o por contusión [producida por el choque violento de un cuerpo obtuso] e incisa [causada por un instrumento cortante] ), à moins qu'il y ait une erreur dans le libellé du texte.
