Salade de légumes marinés/confits au vinaigre Explanation: la définition de "mariner" correspond au procédé utilisé pour les "encurtidos". Si on veut préciser/insister sur le côté vinaigré, on peut dire "confits au vinaigre", ce qui sonne bien aussi... J'ai travaillé comme Chef; je sais que la formulation doit être alléchante ;-) Donc "Salade de légumes marinés" ou "Salade de légumes confits au vinaigre". (Ma proposition arrive un peu tard, sorry!) |
