le contexte: quelqu'un est vexé parce qu'on l'appelle beau-papa alors qu'il est jeune. et il dit cette phrase.

À mon avis, c'est simplement une image : le mec se sent comme une huître vivante sur laquelle on met du citron. Ça fait mal (j'imagine) !
