hola, no acabo de ver cómo formular en francés, en alemán es "Vereiteln der Zwangsvollstreckung"
Significa: alzarse con bienes en perjuicio de acreedores o realizar cualquier acto de disposición patrimonial o generador de obligaciones en perjuicio de un embargo o de un procedimiento ejecutivo o de apremio, judicial, extrajudicial o administrativo, iniciado o de previsible iniciación; así como presentar a la autoridad relación de bienes incompleta o hacer uso de bienes constituidos en depósito. O sea, ocultar bienes que deben ser para los acreedores en una situación de concurso, o venderlos, etc. para evitar que estos cobren sus deudas mediante su venta, por ejemplo, paralizando el procedimiento de ejecución.
