creo que quieren decir garantizada, es otro ejemplo del mal uso de esta palabra tan de moda "información avalada" "experiencia avalada", etc.. en lugar de "respaldada". Es más correcto su uso cuando se utiliza en un contexto financiero (de donde sale realmente) como "operación avalada" (por un banco, un crédito, una empresa...)
