Mono = single, although I don't really think it's necessary. "Batch order" should suffice.

Multi Order Picking This option could be a synonymous of LOGISTICS “pure common sense”. However, it is not applied due to limitations of warehouse management systems and fears on picking accuracy which could generate problems in customer service.
Multi Order Picking is proven to be one of the most productive, flexible and accurate practices in advanced distribution but requires advanced features only included in best in class warehouse management systems. Combining with Voice Terminals multi-order picking provides the right solution in terms of productivity, picking accuracy and associate satisfaction.
Key functionalities needed in the WMS system
Cartonization and cubing functionality building cartons and pick carts
Full integration with voice terminals with pre-configure dialogues for multi-order picking
Voice Terminals
o Voice Terminals is the appropriate interface to communicate the associate all instructions in real time to select cartons, build the carts and pick multiple orders at the same time. However, it is important to understand that all the intelligence is residing in the warehouse management system.
Multi-Order with Pickcarts Multi-Order Pick-Carts should be designed specifically for the operation and product typology.
In Fashion and eCommerce Distribution, pick-carts might have more than 30 locations since most customer orders include only few items. This means that a Picker can prepare 30 orders in one assignment, reducing significantly the travel time and his/her fatigue.
