Spanish term or phrase: Ticket de Salida

PERU. Yet another "sui generis" term from the SUNAT. I doubt that "ticket" will be the correct term in English, and am not sure what the "de Salida" bit refers to.

De conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Resolución de Superintendencia N° 036-2008/SUNAT publicada el 20 de marzo de 2008, a partir del 1 de mayo de 2008 no se exigirá guía de remisión del remitente ni guía de remisión del transportista, cuando en el traslado de bienes considerados en la Ley General de Aduanas como mercancía extranjera desde el Terminal Portuario del Callao hasta los terminales de almacenamiento, el motivo del traslado fuera cualquier operación, destino o régimen aduanero, siempre que el traslado sea sustentado con el *** "Ticket de Salida" ***emitido por ENAPU, y que dicho documento contenga la información que se detalla en la mencionada resolución. En caso el ticket no contenga dicha información, para el traslado de la mercancía se deberá emitir la guía de remisión del remitente y/o la guía de remisión del transportista de acuerdo a lo indicado en el Reglamento de Comprobantes de Pago - Resolución de Superintendencia N° 007-99/SUNAT, según corresponda a la modalidad de transporte privado o público.

According to the link above, it is redundant to add the word "certificate" to the expression "Customs clearance" Why? Because the customs clearance is also a document.

Note to reference poster

Asker: Can you post the link the same page in Spanish? I can't seem to reach it from the link. The English on the website is pretty poor and "Ticket of Hangup" is just... not going to work for me. I've suggested "Release certificate" and the client says OK, but I may change it to"Clearance certificate" if I can locate the Spanish original to double check which item I'm referring to.
