Here's the thing: In some parts of this text, it seems to me like an MT translation which I am backtranslating. Given the context, I think that they're actually trying to say "1000 units per box" in poor Spanish but I'm not entirely sure.

It is a little plastic gizmo that gets put on to anything that has a seal in order to ensure that it stays closed, whether during transport or not.
