Transport / Transportation / Shipping / Estabilidad del buque

Thank you Peter - your suggestion definitely helped me to get on the right track. In fact after further research I found that "rosca del buque" means "lightweight tonnage" not "lightweight displacement" but you pointed me in the right direction.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you Peter - I've been running around in circles looking for a reference. So, just to clarify, "rosca del buque" would be "lightweight displacement" and "buque en rosca" simply "lightweight"? Both terms are used in the text I am translating.

Asker: I know that, as Taña mentioned, I should technically post two separate questions for these two terms but I believe that they go hand-in-hand in this case.

2.2 Texts posted for translation via KudoZ should be limited to approximately ten (10) words. For longer texts, it is recommended that the directory or job posting system be used to locate an appropriate professional. See a more detailed description here.
2.3 One term is allowed per question. Including multiple terms for translation in a single KudoZ posting interferes with the process of generating glossary entries.
