Asker: Thank you. Using the word "reclaim", I see that the internet is full of entries about reclaim systems for silos. Thank you, and thank you to everyone else who answered. (Wouldn't you know - a literal translation!)

@Asker: The problem with your text of origin is that it is a terrible translation from English to Spanish, made by someone who doesn't know the spanish words for "reclaiming system". So in this case you need to be a port terminals'expert intead of a translator. I work for the port terminals industry. Rgds:)

Asker: I think they are talking about how to empty or fill a silo. The equipment to be used is a bulldozer or front loader. I am stuck on the word "reclamo". It must be to fill or to empty. This is not legal terminology here. Not "reclamo" in the sense of a claim.

Re: @Asker, "reclamo" in your "special-spanish" text of origin is to empty a silo or a pile at the yard. So the answer to your original question is reclaiming system.HTH.Rgds:)

system of complaints

Explanation:
"Reclamar" is to make a claim or a complaint, so the "sistema de reclamo" usually refers to the manner by which someone may register a complaint.

OK they could very well be talking of "system of recovery / reclamation" possibly of old bulldozers and front-end loaders
