You might also say entering/entry/noting. Not sure what the manoeuvres are .... I'm supposing MOVIL is just the name of the system used, or could refer to doing it via mobile phone (cellphone). It's a pity the text uses the word system twice, as one prefers not to repeat. Manoeuvres: I have seen references to maniobras related to shipping, and this is happening at a port. Just had a thought that it could refer to anything unusual that occurs, ie an incident |
