"Haz de vías", according to Mario León's Diccionario políglota del tren (5399, p. 243), is a set of tracks or fan of sidings (it says "fan of slings", but "slings" is a curious misprint for "sidings"):

It's very like a marshalling yard, but strictly speaking that is an "instalación de clasificación" (or "maniobras").

There is no one right way to say this, or most things, for that matter. "Sidings" seems to be somewhat more common for this in the UK and "tracks" in the US, but both are used on both sides of the Atlantic:

"The junctions with the main line are electrified and three of the five reception tracks in the Reception Yard are electrified for their full length."

neutral  Charles Davis: Hmm. IATE gives "set of tracks", "group of lines" or "fan of sidings" for "haz de vías". Is this significantly different from what I said? // I gave a couple of options, both "normal railway speak".
