SPAIN. I think this may an attempt to render the incoterm "FAS-Free Alongside Ship" and am basically seeking confirmation.

Asker: Yeah, I also reckon it must be either FOB or FAS... but I don't understand why they didn't use "franco a bordo" which is the standard term I'm used to. The original text may be from mexico, I never know with this clientM
