Bus/Financial - Tourism & Travel / Catering services at airports and railway stations
Spanish term or phrase: En ruta
Es una empresa especializada en gestión de ESTABLECIMIENTOS DE RESTAURACIÓN EN RUTA, con una fuerte implantación en estaciones de tren y aeropuertos.

I initially thought motorway/roadside services, but the company only operates in airports and railway/coach stations and I don't actually know the name for this. Many thanks :)

Transport hubs

Explanation:
Seems a suitable option:

A transport hub (also transport interchange) is a place where passengers and cargo are exchanged between vehicles or/and between transport modes. Public transport hubs include train stations, rapid transit stations, bus stops, tram stop, airports and ferry slips.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transport_hub

Transport hubs can have extremely high footfall, especially in large cities, and this volume of people offer a great opportunity to the tenants within these spaces. Foundation Recruitment has seen a lot of similarities between shopping centres and the airport retail market, but it seems these resemblances can be seen throughout other transport hubs such as train stations.
