I would just translate it as "Please quote CERF 4056 in all correspondence". CE is probably "comisión ética", and RF could be ref.

You are totally right! The institution's name is Riesgo de Fractura SA so it definitely sounds like CERF stands for Comité de Ética Riesgo de Fractura. I don't know why I didn't think of it, but I'm very glad that you did! Thanks! |
