Spanish term or phrase: Biopsia incisional de nódulo mamario izquierdo con aguja cortante
This text is part of a pathology report. I know that breast biopsies can be made with core needles or fine needles but never heard of this other type of biopsy. Research online leads me to something called "tru-cut needle" but I believe this might be only one of the types of needles used for a "biopsia con aguja cortante" and not necessarily the correct translations.

Any help will be appreciated.

incisional core needle biopsy of left breast nodule
Explanation:
It seems to refer to an incisional core needle biopsy.

Saludos!

Incisional biopsy: Partial or incisional biopsies are performed to establish a diagnosis or to remove a lesion with a minimum of scarring while acquiring an adequate specimen to evaluate the histology. The four types of incisional biopsy are punch incision, shave incision, saucerization, and elliptical incision.

I believe incisional core needle biopsy and biopsia con aguja cortante in the examples below must definitely refer to the same procedure.
