Se trata de un informe de tomografía de una paciente en tratamiento oncológico.
Dado que el informe fue redactado por una médica de Perú, me ayudaría mucho la opinión de un colega peruano.

Contexto:

"Pared torácica: reducción del tumor ubicado en el quadrante [...] de la mama izquierda. El reparo ubicado en su aspecto anterior. No se identifican adenomegalias".

Nunca había encontrado "reparo" en este contexto. ¿Serán los clips/marcadores?
