Spanish term or phrase: linadenectomia
THe following appears in a patient's medical history:
Nuevo ingreso meses después, s. emético + dolor abdominal, nueva gastroscopia, esofagitis grado III, úlcera duodenal recidivante, AP adenocarcinoma ( pT3N0M0 ). Antrectomía + resección duodenal + linadenectomia en Y-Roux (verano 2018).

Can anyone advise me what "linadenectomia" is intended to indicate? I considered "lymphadenectomy", with misspelling of the source, but it doesn't appear to fit with "Roux-en-Y".

Cheers,
John

Explanation:
It's definitely a typo, you are right,.

As for "Y-Roux", it is meant in the sense of Roux-en-Y reconstruction AFTER... so you can just say "lymphadenectomy AND Roux-en-Y reconstruction"
