Hi all,

This is from the cardiologist's report for an elderly patient with ST elevation myocardial infarction, low LVEF, LV and LA akinesis. APTC / ACTP = Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty.

APTC [a.k.a. ACTP]:
Se realizo APTC **** laria **** con implante de stent Promus 2.5-24 mm a 16 atm a olcusión aguda proximal de descendente anterior dirigido hacia rama diagonal.

"laria" appears a few times throughout the report so it doesn't seem to be a typo. Any ideas?
