Los empleados designados para el manejo de fondos de la compañía deberán ser acreditados legalmente ante los bancos en donde se aperturarán las cuentas. Los cheques que se emitan llevaran firmas mancomunadas tipo “X”, “Y” y “Z”. Se designarán para cada cuenta de ahorro tres firmas libradoras de cheques.

Las letras “X”, “Y” y “Z” se utilizan para indicar que son firmas de diferentes empleados, los cuales no deben depender directamente el uno del otro. Excepto en los casos en que la firma tipo “A” es de la máxima autoridad.
