(property-related) non-tax compulsory payment Explanation: More or less literally the original says "(individual) property related non-tax compulsory payment / compulsory contribution to public funds". It refers to a non-tax revenue and it is a particular legal case -unknown of, I believe, in the US. See a full analysis here: https://www.google.es/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=http://w... Non-Tax Revenue is the recurring income earned by the government from sources other than taxes https://www.google.es/amp/s/m.economictimes.com/definition/n... Non-tax compulsory payments https://www.google.es/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=http://w... As for translation, other than trying a more or less literal rendering, I'd probably go with non-tax compulsory payment (or maybe non-tax revenue) with a note explaining the case at hand; (...) as a property-related non-tax compulsory payment |

non-taxable, public utility payments Explanation: tributario - tax-related (West). Diversifying back out of Catalan and into Castilian Spanish, I am faced with an unenviable choice of previous, highly divergent entries lile public charges, property (vs. personal) obligations, property lien bonds and representing income for the taxpayer. Thanks to Chema for making me rethink this (stinker of a) question. One thing is for sure: patrimonial is a no-no. Example sentence(s):
