There are oenogastronomic routes and tours, so it is correct. I guess it depends on the target audience. When faced with such a dilemma I tend to talk “up” rather than “down” to the audience as people generally prefer to appear intelligent if they have the choice :))
The other thing is that this might be a comparatively innovative term at present, but these things have a habit of becoming more widespread/commonplace over time.
