Patrimonialmente en el año 2004 tenía derechos sociales en siete sociedades: XXX, YYY, ZZZ AAA, BBB, CCC, DDD [names of investment companies], en todas en conjunto con mi familia, mis padres y hermanos.

This seems to be a very specific meaning of the term expressing some sort of ownership, not the obvious translation of "social rights".
